Working with a travel agent is a protection on your vacation investment. As a travel agent that specialises in Disney vacations, we pride ourselves on taking care of our clients vacations from start to finish. When your choose to book your Disney vacation with us at Past Cast Travels, our services are completely free. You pay the exact same price as listed on the Disney website, in the process you will be supporting a small business. We do have services available, for a range of fees, to potential clients who have already booked their vacation but are looking for assistance with the planning process. We charge a fee if you do not book through us because when you book through a travel agent Disney pays us directly through your booking. If you don't have a booking with us, we cannot provide complimentary services, but we would still love to help you have a magical vacation.

We do not believe there is any wrong time to take a child on a Disney vacation. We tailor your itinerary and resort stay to reflect the needs of each family. There is something for children (and adults) of all ages to enjoy when on a Disney vacation.

Of course! We love helping large parties plan their magical vacations! We assist parties of all sizes with their bookings and this is all the more reason to work with a travel agent. They can assist you in keeping your rooms as close together as possible (although we can never make any guarantees, we ensure to do our very best in letting Disney know each clients situation). Planning an organizing for a large group can be a serious undertaking and you wont want to go at it alone.

Depending on the time of year, you can make bookings over a year in advance. Or you can always go on a whim and book the week before. We have helped clients in both situations and while we recommend giving yourself a 6 months advance, our travel agents can get your plans settled with very little time if the need arises.

Each budget will differ depending on the time of year, number of people in your party, resort, and length of stay. For the most accurate information it is best for a personalized quote, which we can help you with. For a week at Disney World for a family of 4, we recommend a budget between $7,000 and $12,000. This includes your resort hotel, tickets, photo pass and the dining plan. As noted previously, this number can fluctuate depending on any offerings Disney is currently running, ages of your children and room type.

No party is too small! Sometimes a party of two is a great way to experience what Disney World has to offer. We have booked many honeymoons and anniversaries and know how to ensure you can have a romantic getaway.
